The principal quality of this appliance is to offer two totally independent washing spaces, autonomous and perfectly waterproof. They can thus be used separately or simultaneously. The two compartments are divided and equipped identically, which enables you to put dishes, glasses, utensils in the top and bottom parts at once. It is also thanks to these two independent compartments that the Quattro dishwasher can offer four types of washing combination.

Primo mode: The washing takes place at the same time in both compartments.

Secundo and Tertio modes: The washing takes place in the superior or inferior zone, one zone at a time.

Quattro mode: The washing takes place in the two zones simultaneously. However, the particularity of this mode is that is carries out two different cycles in each compartment. You can thus choose the Crystal washing cycle and put more fragile glasses in the top compartment and choose the Boost washing cycle for the bottom tray and put cooking dishes or very dirty dishes there.

I’ve tried dipping water out with a very small glass. There are parts in the bottom and I can’t get to the water or gunk. I don’t have a shop vac. I don’t use the dishwasher and it’s old anyway. I just need to get the water out.

I was cleaning the parts of my dishwasher thoroughly. After reassembling and starting, it fills with water and then completely shuts off.

The thought of boiling parts for 5 minutes after EACH use doesn’t seem very practical to me. Is it enough to run them through the dishwasher at the end of the day and clean the with soapy water after each use?

Yes, it is. It is just as hot as boiling it and does a better job sterilizing it because it stays hotter longer.

I have a Whirlpool dishwasher and it works well but the racks are becoming rusty and parts are breaking off. Will racks from another Whirlpool fit my dishwasher? I’d like to buy a used one for cheap and just use the racks. Can I do this? (assuming they are the same width)

I think you have the right idea.
A used dishwasher can be found at garage sales and used appliance shops for $50-$75.
Maybe cheaper.
Whereas a new rack could run you over $100.
Just make sure it will fit.
Also,
you may be able to use other parts from it…
